Packages will be accepted three (3) working days before the meeting.   

If you have a box over 100 LBS, please call the resort for shipping instructions.

ARRIVALS

Shuttle service from the local airports are available.  Please make arrangements with the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club if need transportation to the resort.

Exhibit tables will be available on a first come first served basis except where designated names are on the table.

POWER AT EXHIBIT

If you an electrical outlet, there will be forms on hand during the exhibit set-up period to complete with your credit card information.  The resort staff will then set this up for you at the table you choose.  There will be a nominal daily fee for the power.  Other AV equipment is available if needed.  Let us know if you need that information.
