If you wish, you may ship your exhibit directly to the resort see the next page.

 

BUT PLEASE NOTE: If you ship packages to the Cloister, you WILL be responsible for ALL package handling fees incurred. The Cloister will request payment information before they will deliver your packages to the Exhibit Hall on Friday morning.

Packages will be accepted three (3) working days before the meeting.   

 

If you have a box over 100 LBS, please call the resort for shipping instructions.

ARRIVALS

 

Shuttle service from the local airports are available.  Please make arrangements with the Cloister if need transportation to the resort.

 

 

PARKING

 

If you are staying at the Cloister, please have your car valeted at the front of the hotel. 

 

If you are staying off-site, I will need your name for the front gate so that you can gain access.  There will be a lot near the back portechere entrance that you may park in. 

 

DO NOT park on the curb any where around the portechere. 

 

 

EXHIBIT SET-UP

Exhibit tables will be available on a first come first served basis except where designated names are on the table.

 

One Table Per Exhibitor PLEASE!!!

 

Please plan to check-in during the designated registration times.

EXHIBIT BREAK-DOWN

 

 

Sunday, June 1, 2008           10:45 a.m.

 

POWER AT EXHIBIT

 

If you require an electrical outlet for your exhibit, there will be forms on hand during the exhibit set-up period to complete with your credit card information.  The resort staff will then set this up for you at the table you choose when you arrive.  There will be a nominal daily fee for the power.  Other AV equipment is available if needed.  Let us know if you need that information.
