SHIPMENTS TO THE CLOISTER SEA ISLAND
If you ship packages to the Cloister,
you
WILL be responsible for ALL package handling fees incurred.
The Cloister will request payment information before they will deliver
your packages to the Exhibit Hall on Friday morning.
FEDEX
Monday thru Friday: guaranteed by 4:30 p.m. However, we usually
receive FEDEX by 10:00 a.m. Saturday service is available with delivery
usually here by 11:30 a.m.
UPS
Monday thru Friday: Air service here by 10:30 a.m. ground
usually by 2:30 p.m. Saturday service is available with delivery usually
here by 11:30 a.m.
DHL/AIRBORNE
Monday thru Friday: with delivery usually by 2:00 p.m.
The
Cloister is serviced by all carriers servicing the Jacksonville FL area.
To ensure that your packages are delivered on time, your shipments should
be addressed to:

Shipments should arrive no earlier than 1 week prior to the scheduled
meeting date. All shipments are stored in our Conference Setup
Department. Consult with your Conference Manager about times to have
packages delivered to meeting room.

Each incoming or outgoing package will be
charged a handling fee by weight:
0-25 lbs.
$5.00
26 - 75 lbs.
$10.00
Over 75 lbs.
$50.00
These charges are in addition to actual
freight cost.
The handling fee will provide for delivery to
and pick up from a location specified by the meeting planner (meeting
room, guest room, or registration area).
TRACKING OF PACKAGES
It is
recommended that the individual expecting packages at the Resort obtain
the necessary tracking numbers from the shipper prior to arrival to speed
up the tracking process of any packages that may become lost before
reaching The Cloister. |
