If you wish, you may ship your exhibit directly to the resort. BUT PLEASE NOTE: If you ship packages to the resort, you WILL be responsible for ALL package handling fees incurred. The resort will request payment information before they will deliver your packages to the Exhibit Hall on Friday morning.  To submit a payment ifnormation for this prior to the meeting, please complete and submit the following form: Equipment & Shipment Handling Order Form

POWER AT EXHIBIT

If you need an electrical outlet for your display complete and return an Equipment & Shipment Handling Order Form. The form will collect your credit card info for payment of the equipment needed. There will be forms on hand during the exhibit set-up period as well.  The resort staff will then set this up for you at the table you choose.  It is a nominal daily fee for the power.  Other AV equipment is available for rental if needed
