NOTE:
All packages will be subject to a $10 per box fee payable to the
Ritz-Carlton. Boxes will not be released until this payment has been
received.
PAY VIA Shipment Handling and Equipment Rental Form.
NOTE: At the end of the
meeting, if you would like the Ritz to ship out your packages, attach each
with your completed shipping form. A fee of $10 per package will be
incurred for all OUTGOING packages. The meeting manager will collect
these fees at the meeting, via credit card or charge to your room account. |

POWER AT EXHIBIT |
If you need an
electrical outlet for your display complete and return a
Shipment Handling and Equipment Rental Form. The form will collect your credit card info for
payment of the equipment needed. There will be forms on hand during the
exhibit set-up period as well. The resort staff will then set this up for
you at the table you choose. It is $25 per day.
Other AV equipment is available for rental if needed |
