EXHIBIT SHIPPING

If you wish, you may ship your exhibit directly to the resort.   Be sure to include ALL of the following info on EACH of your packages.  Number your boxes as “1 of 3, 2 of 3” etc.

If you have a box over 100 LBS, please call the resort for shipping instructions.

 

NOTE: All packages will be delivered to the Exhibit Hall on Friday morning, June 5, 2010.

 

NOTE: At the end of the meeting, if you would like the Ritz to ship out your packages, attach each with your completed shipping form.  A fee of $10 per package will be incurred for all OUTGOING packages.  The meeting manager will collect these fees at the meeting, via credit card or charge to your room account.

ARRIVALS

 

Shuttle service from the local airports are available.  Please make arrangements with the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club if need transportation to the resort.

Exhibit tables will be available on a first come first served basis except where designated names are on the table.

POWER AT EXHIBIT

If you need an electrical outlet for your display complete and return an Equipment & Shipment Handling Order Form. The form will collect your credit card info for payment of the equipment needed. There will be forms on hand during the exhibit set-up period as well.  The resort staff will then set this up for you at the table you choose.  It is a nominal daily fee for the power.  Other AV equipment is available for rental if needed
