EXHIBIT SHIPPING

If you wish, you may ship your exhibit directly to the resort.   Be sure to include ALL of the following info on EACH of your packages.  Number your boxes as “1 of 3, 2 of 3” etc.

If you have a box over 100 LBS, please call the resort for shipping instructions.

 

NOTE: All packages will be delivered to the Exhibit Hall on Friday morning, June 5, 2010.

 

NOTE:  All packages will be subject to a $10 per box fee payable to the Ritz-Carlton.  Boxes will not be released until this payment has been received.  PAY VIA Shipment Handling and Equipment Rental Form.

 

NOTE: At the end of the meeting, if you would like the Ritz to ship out your packages, attach each with your completed shipping form.  A fee of $10 per package will be incurred for all OUTGOING packages.  The meeting manager will collect these fees at the meeting, via credit card or charge to your room account.

ARRIVALS

 

Shuttle service from the local airports are available.  Please make arrangements with the hotel if need transportation.

PARKING

 $12 per day valet parking, discounted for GSD Meeting participants.

  • Exhibit tables will be available on a first come first served basis except where designated names are on the table.

  • One Table Per Exhibitor PLEASE!!!

  • Please plan to check-in during the designated registration times.

EXHIBIT HOURS*

Please see the AGENDA for the actual exhibit times.  Note that the exhibit times are subject to change.  The Friday evening cocktail reception, continental breakfasts and all refreshment breaks will take place in the exhibition hall, Salons 2 & 3.

  • 1 hour exhibit period during registration

  • 30 min afternoon break

  • Cocktail reception in exhibit hall

 

Saturday, June 5, 2010 (7am - 12:30pm)

  • Continental breakfast hour

  • 30 min mid-morning break

  • Saturday evening Family Dinner & Party (**NOTE: This is a TICKETED EVENT.  Platinum Exhibitors receive 4 complimentary tickets, Gold Exhibitors receive 2 complimentary tickets.  Tickets may be purchased (HERE) for $125/adult, $50/child under 12)

POWER AT EXHIBIT

If you need an electrical outlet for your display complete and return a Shipment Handling and Equipment Rental Form. The form will collect your credit card info for payment of the equipment needed. There will be forms on hand during the exhibit set-up period as well.  The resort staff will then set this up for you at the table you choose.  It is $25 per day.  Other AV equipment is available for rental if needed
