Title: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ofatumumab subcutaneous in subjects with pemphigus vulgaris, who have failed a previous attempt to taper steroid dosing.

Dear Physician:
Our site is presently participating in a clinical research study that is researching a new therapy for pemphigus vulgaris which consists of a humanized subcutaneous (SC) version of rituximab, ofatumumab, which also binds CD20 molecule on B-cells.

The purpose of this program is to determine the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ofatumumab. We are reaching out to our dermatology community to identify potential study candidates who may benefit from this study.

If you have patients you believe could benefit from this study, please call our study coordinator, Bridget R. Bradley, RN, FNP at 404-778-3084;
